helpful staff secure stay
The location was handy, and the staff seemed nice and helpful. I FELT safe and secure during my entire stay. The hotel had a locked door only opened with a room key, and there was 24-hour security.
the air conditioning was very cold and remained cold all day.

I appreciated the comfortable king room, it included modern amenities such as a coffee maker and a large tv. I found these particularly useful. the hotel offered free wifi throughout the building,. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. It was close to public transport as well.
the in-house market prices seemed a bit high. though convenient, i felt the cost for snacks and drinks was more expensive than nearby stores.

The fitness center featured three treadmills and several stationary bikes. there was also a business center with computers and printers for guest use. I found these facilities well kept and readily accessible .

The hotel restaurant downstairs had a good variety of food options! i had breakfast there each morning. the service was quick, and i found the staff to be friendly. The restaurant offered a relaxed atmosphere for meals.

solid stay near times square
convenient location cute staff clean room
The location proved convenient for attending the javits expo. i found the staff particularly cute. I often saw the general manager greeting guests. the room itself was clean and well-kept. i felt quite safe, and the quick elevators were a definite plus.
i encountered a persistent issue with a fan in the room, it blew cold air constantly. it seemed impossible to turn it off, and it made the room uncomfortably cool. this constant noise and temperature fluctuation detracted from my overall experience.

my king room featured a comfortable bed. the room also included a tv with a personalized welcome message and a well-lit desk area. the bathroom offered a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.

The hotel provides quick elevator service to all floors. i noted a well-equipped gym on the premises. It includes several treadmills and stationary bikes. the lobby also had a market stocked with various snacks and beverages.

friendly staff extra coffee comfortable bed
the staff was friendly. they texted to ensure my stay was going smoothly! they promptly delivered extra coffee pods upon request. the bed was super comfortable, and the room was quiet even in a bustling area!!!
The window view showed workshops. It was not visually appealing.

the hotel is conveniently near many attractions. it is within walking distance of broadway, times square and rockefeller plaza, providing easy access to key landmarks. subway stations are also close. WOW!!!
